What is always included in the Blueprint

• Recommended system size for your specific roof and usage
• Realistic cost range for Northern Portugal, not national averages
• Annual savings estimate based on your actual EDP bill
• Payback period in years using correct irradiance data for your area
• Battery: honest yes or no recommendation for your situation
• DGEG registration requirements explained in plain English
• Two or three vetted local installers matched to your project
• Quote review before you sign anything

What we will never do

• Installer affiliations of any kind
• Sales pressure or upselling
• Promises we cannot keep

Accounts

You can create an account with Google, a magic sign-in link, or an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at hello@minhosolar.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Accounts may not be shared, resold, or used for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse, probe, or disrupt the service.

Payments and refunds

Payments for the Minho Solar Blueprint and Blueprint plus consultation are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or handle your card details at any point.

If you are not satisfied with your Blueprint, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@minhosolar.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

For any future subscription plan, you have the same 14-day right of withdrawal under Portuguese consumer law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014). If you ask us to start the service before that period ends, you will only be charged in proportion to the days the service was actually provided if you then withdraw.

Your personal data

Your details are never shared with installers or any third party without your explicit permission. If you choose to engage one of the vetted installers we recommend, we will only make an introduction after you ask us to. For full details see our Privacy Policy.

Scope of service

The Minho Solar Blueprint is an independent advisory report. It is not a regulated financial product, an engineering certificate, or a binding installation contract. All estimates are based on the information you provide and publicly available irradiance data (PVGIS JRC).

We are not an installation company. We do not profit from the sale of equipment or from the installers we recommend.
