Nature of the service

Minho Solar passes homeowners' quote requests to independent solar installers, with the homeowner's permission, and provides solar advisory reports and information services. It is not a regulated financial product, an engineering certificate, or an installation company, and it is not a party to any contract between a homeowner and an installer. Asking for quotes is free. Installers pay Minho Solar €150 + IVA for each contract signed with a customer we sent them. See How it works and how we are paid.

Complaints book and dispute resolution

You can file a complaint in the electronic complaints book, Livro de Reclamações. In a dispute, a consumer can turn to a consumer dispute resolution entity; the list is on the Portal do Consumidor.
