For installers
Requests with twelve answers, paid only when the customer signs.
We send requests from homeowners who answered twelve questions about the house, the roof, the bill and the timing. You pay €150 + IVA for each customer who signs a contract with you. No monthly fee and no minimum.
What each request contains
- Postcode and town.
- Property type and where the panels would go.
- Average monthly bill and the size they have in mind.
- Timing, their priority between quality and price, and the number of storeys.
- How the customer wants to talk to you: site visit, video call or phone.
- How they plan to pay, and their own notes.
- Name, email and mobile number, with written permission to share them.
Each request goes to three installers at most. The customer chooses how many.
What we ask
- Proof that you are qualified to install and register solar systems.
- Current public liability insurance.
- A written quote with the four numbers: total kWp, price per kWp, usable battery kWh and warranty years for each part.
- A written installation warranty that states its term.
- First contact with the customer within two working days.
Terms
- €150 + IVA per contract signed with a customer we sent you. We invoice on the date of signature.
- The same amount for every installer, whatever the size or the price of the system.
- No monthly fee, no minimum number of requests and no exclusivity.
- No charge per request or per click. Requests that do not turn into a contract cost nothing.
- You tell us when a customer signs or drops out.
